Moving

Large archive boxes keep files and documents organised and easy to relabel at the new office; the medium box handles desk items and smaller essentials.

Tip: Pack one desk or workstation per box where possible, and label each box with the employee’s name or desk number using the marker pen — it makes reassigning desks at the new office fast and mistake-free.

Storage

Everything in this kit doubles as an archiving and storage bundle. The bubble wrap protects monitors, printers, and other delicate office equipment while boxed, and the archive boxes are built to stack securely in a storage room or self-storage unit for records you need to keep but not access daily.
